I'm looking for a roommate, who would get 2rooms in my newly renovated home which is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with salon, 1290 square foot, North West Bungalow.
There is separate entrances located at the front and the side.
UPSTAIRS there is 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen.
DOWNSTAIRS there is a SALON, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry room and living room.
The house also has a large 2 car detached garage which is heated, a 2 level shed, large backyard and a smoking room attached to the garage.
I am home Monday-Friday 4pm-9pm working in the salon. So I am looking for someone independent, clean, and respectful. If are interested in renting rooms or the salon or would like a tour give me a call or text. Tina@541-1198
