We are looking for somebody to share our home with. My boyfriend and I bought the house almost 3 years ago & it’s just too big for us. It is located in northwest Regina on a very quiet bay, street parking is always available. The basement is available to the right tenant, shared laundry & shared kitchen. Approx 1100sq ft of space - one bedroom, bathroom with stand up shower & large open living space. You get the entire basement living space to yourself. Would prefer somebody who works or is in school, quiet, and tidy. This is a non smoking, non drinking, non party house. My boyfriend works full time & I am unemployed due to disability, meaning I am home during the days. I would prefer no pets but it may be considered if the fit is right. We have 3 dogs & 2 cats who are all well behaved so you must be okay with them. Asking $750 including utilities (power, water, energy & wifi).
