This iPhone is USED and is FULLY FUNCTIONAL. The phone is in okay condition. There are NO cracks on the screen. There are some minor dents on the edges of the phone as pictured (corners and edges). Just cosmetic and doesn't affect the phone at all. Again, fully functional.
