This saxophone in the case smells a little musty. I had a friend check it out and he said it works (the saxophone and the case), except the lowest note - keys need to be adjusted slightly.
Pads are good. The mouthpiece is an old better one - more desirable.
You could buy this instead of renting and save $$$
