Fast-growing, hardy and low-maintenance perennial plant.

Readily self seeds. Rapidly reproduce and create more plants from rhizomes. Use as a ground cover where growth and spreading is not a problem or grow them in a contained space/area.

Flowers in May to June. Mature size flowering stems can grow to be up to 1 meter tall.

Grow in partial shade conditions, but it can still do well in full shade and also full sun, providing it receives sufficient moisture. Intense, direct sun can result in leaf scorch.
