MATTRESS IS 17 inches thick,is currently wrapped in plastic placed in heated garage 30 days after purchase

I bought this bed from sleep country This summer and slept on it for only 30 days before I found it was too firm. I wasn’t able to return this bed because of the snags,rips and stain that are on it. The stain was a result of my washing the old oak railing and moving the bed down from the second floor on the wet railing.
I never remove the nails out of the wall when I was moving the bed which caused the snagging and ripping on the bed.
GO TO THE STORE ,TRY IT, LOOK FOR THE LABEL
This bed is currently on the floor in the store so if you like you can go to the store lay on it and see if you like it and see the price.
I am disabled and I have found that I am unable to sleep in a regular bed
I bought four beds this year trying to find one that I could sleep on including regular beds, air mattresses and a waterbed.
I was unable to return any of these beds so now I’m trying to sell them.
I slept no longer than 30 days on anyone of these beds.
