Excellent, like new condition. Bought new a couple of years ago and only used a couple of times for out of town guests. I used a twin size foam mattress to lay on top for extra softness when using as a guest bed, but it is firm and quite comfortable without the extra foam. Non-smoking; no pets home. The klik-klak measures 69" long and 29" wide with the back up; with the back down it is 37" wide. There is 8 1/2" space from the seating to the floor for storage items.
