FLORAL OIL PAINTING on canvas board, by G. Scott, 1976 in Regina, British Columbia

"Single Mums": this unframed oil painting of chrysanthemums, on 9 inch x 12 inch canvas board, is by G. Scott, who taught school in Nipawin many decades ago. She painted this in March, 1976, at which point she was living in Burnaby. Soon after that, my mother bought two of her floral paintings at an art show and sale in Nipawin, and gave them to me.

In terms of condition, this painting has some dings at the corners, which shouldn't be noticed once it's in a frame. You can see the corners in the last four photos. There is also a tiny spot of paint loss in the upper LH corner which you can see in the third photo. This painting was taped into a frame and when the tape was removed, it took off some of the paper on the underside of the painting, which you can see in the second photo.
