2010 Cougar 5th wheel bunk model in Regina, Saskatchewan for sale

This camper is in near new condition, everything has been well cared for and it hasn't been smoked in or even had muddy shoes inside. Our small non shedding dog has been inside but otherwise no other pets. It was purchased locally in 2011 and has been a seasonal camper since, with minimal travel time.
Just over 8000 lb listed as 28' long with aluminum framing and fiberglass siding sleeps 8. I believe every available option was purchased from the dealership. Some of the many options are:
