Parking is included, behind the building at a designated parking spot. Internet/Electricity will be split. Heat is included in the rent.
Within walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, and any other necessary amenities. Coin Operated Washer/Dryer. The apartment is pretty good, there's a balcony to sit to in the summers.
I am a very easy to get along with working professional, laid back, quiet, respectful individual who works 8 to 5 weekdays... looking for someone like minded, easy to get along with individual. Ideal for a working professional or a student. Rent is 500, Internet/electricity comes around 60, Damage Deposit 500, Month to Month ( would prefer someone looking to share long term)
