Available Immediately..Master Main Floor Bedroom..MONTH TO MONTH - CLOSE TO RGH AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION Hi there i have a vacant room in the main floor of my house. The house is 900 sq ft. containing central air, new dishwasher, new conduction oven, new dryer..decent sized yard/deck and BBQ. I am the owner of the house but live elsewhere. The Main Floor is shared with a 34 yr old ironworker, working on the stadium. The bedroom is furnished and includes, double bed with mattress, the bed has a headboard and three drawers, Tall dresser, Small nighstand, closet and window. There is shared laundry downstairs and deep freeze and a dart board, urinal. There are many dishes and tupperware for your use. The kitchen has a new dishwasher and conduction oven. There is also another tennant staying downstairs who is 23 yr old male also working at the stadium and working long hours. Both Tennants are very nice and respectable...also clean and quiet. $650/month and I require one month for damage deposit. All Utilities are included as well as WIFI. Just had a new water heater put in.
