I am looking for a responsible tenant to move in to my condo which will be available January 1, 2019.
The condo is on the second floor of the apartment-style complex. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a large, open concept living space. Off the living area is a door to a large east-facing balcony. The home has been completely renovated in 2010, freshly painted this month, and has plenty of natural light and space. There are 2 coin operated laundry units in the building to use and plenty of street parking available.
Included in the rent are all utilities excluding power and internet that will be split between the tenants equally. The current tenants did not want cable so it is not hooked up, but I can arrange installation if the new tenant wishes to have it (not included in rent price).
This condo is in the perfect location! It is just across the street from the Northgate Mall, across an alley from a school/park, has extremely close access to the Ring Road, and there is a bus stop outside the front door of the building.
Included in the space is a fully furnished and ready-to-use kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher). The living room has a couch, tv, and some other miscellaneous items. The bedroom will be empty. Please note that some of the items in the pictures will be taken when the current tenant moves out. The master bedroom is a great size with plenty of natural light and a large closet with built in shelves. If the tenant wishes to have a cable box in their bedroom, there is already wiring for it.
The current long-term tenant is a responsible student who is very easy going and clean. He currently rents the smaller room and the plug-in parking space. I will ensure the new tenant will have a chance to meet him when they come to look at the house.
