Looking for a roommate. in Regina, Saskatchewan

My husband and I are just finishing the renovations in our basement. There is a bathroom with a shower, living room, and bedroom. There is shared laundry downstairs and shared kitchen upstairs.
We are a young couple (28,32) who are pretty laid back and looking for someone who is the same. No drugs, no parties and no pets. My husband is a farmer so he is home maybe twice a week in the winter and once every couple weeks in the summer. I work shift work in the city here, so our hours are quite erratic, but also not home as much and we would like to be. So good for a roommate lol.
We do have two smal dogs that live with us and they do not always respond well to other animals. But they are awesome with all people and even kids. We are close to the university and there is street parking only available. All utilities and wifi included! We have a couch and loveseat in the living room as well as a bedroom suite in the bedroom, so partially furnished. We are looking for someone to move in by May 1,2015. it is a 1200 Sq ft house with a big back yard with a bbq, bonfire pit and soon to be working hot tub!!!
