Hi, I'm looking for a roommate to share a two-bedroom house in the west end of Regina.
The house has a spacious living room and kitchen, an unfinished basement with a washer and dryer, a large backyard with a wooden deck and gardens, a single-car garage, a storage shed, and a master bedroom with a large bay window on the second floor. The house is close to a bus stop and to several parks and bike trails.
I am looking for a roommate who is quiet, responsible, and friendly. No smoking and no excessive drinking or partying. All pets are welcome, as long as they get along with my cat. I also have pet reptiles (they're friendly!)
Rent is 600 a month, utilities not included.
