As housemates, we share the common spaces, such as the living room, bathroom, and laundry. In the kitchen, we share plates and utensils, and you'll be provided with a separate refrigerator to store for your food.
You are welcome to make use of the yard, deck, and barbeque. (There is usually a very nice garden in the summer.)
The room is presently furnished with a bed, dresser, end table, and fresh, clean bedding, however, the room can also be made available unfurnished, if you prefer.
$500/month - inlcudes room, shared spaces, utilities, and internet (wifi). :)
