Looking for a mature roommate/student to share the space in my 2 story townhouse condo in the east end of Regina, just minutes away from all the East End amenities. It's a very bright and spacious condo.
The room comes furnished with a newer double sized bed with bedding provided. Along with a dresser and nightstand. Kitchen and bathrooms will be shared (1.5 baths).
An electrified parking stall within the development is included. There is a bus stop right outside the development, and a bus stop a few blocks down that takes you directly to the University if needed.
The space will be shared with myself and two cats. I like to live very clean and quiet and I am looking for the same in a roommate. No smoking inside, no parties, and no overnight visitors. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
Rent is $650 a month and includes all utilities, including cable and Internet. References will be required. Deposit is $650.
