I am looking for a working person, international student or a grad student to share the rent. Convenient location to UVic, Camosum and downtown. Walking distance from Hillside Mall, Banks and other amenities. Bus transit stops close to condo. There is no furniture, so bring your own bed.
I am asking for the room $695.00 a month, plus utilities (hydro & Internet).
