North Regina/Lakeridge. I have a large furnished basement rental in a bi-level home available immediately. Rent is $900/month including all utilities with a month to month lease. Lakeridge is a great neighborhood close to grocery stores, shopping, parks, schools, walking paths. Security deposit equals to 1-month rent which must be paid to reserve or hold the rental. I require at least 1 full month notice to terminate lease. I'm looking for a clean, quiet, responsible, respectful individual to rent the basement. No smoking inside, however you may smoke outside on the back deck. No loud music, parties or drugs. I am a young man in my late 20's that is a shift worker. Must be good with a large dog (very friendly) that will remain upstairs.
