55 gallon tank + Everything $375 OBO in Regina, Saskatchewan for sale

Hi, I have a 55 gallon long tank with a long list of accessories and fish keeping equipment to sell, looking for about $375 probably more as i've sunk a large amount of money into it, I don't have pictures but I can list off what I have.
- Aqueon 55 gallon long tank
- Wood stand for 55 gallon tank
- Starter filter system and heater
- AquaClear 70 or 110 (can't remember which, but i think it was 110)
- Extra heater either aqueon or fluval (can't remember wattage)
- floating thermometer
- GLO brand hood with t8 lighting 48" long
- gravel vac + magnetic glass scrubber
- lots of chemicals including prime, not sure if i have any cycle
- should still have rocks and ornaments galore
