LOOKING FOR SOME LAND in Regina, Saskatchewan for sale

This might sound crazy, but I am looking for someone who lives in the north end who may have some garden space in their backyard they aren't interested in using. I want to grow some peas but don't have the space for them in my own garden. I would use only as much water as I would need and believe strongly in watering either in the morning or at night to decrease evaporation.
I'm not looking into the community garden option as I want this only for a year and would likely have to go on a waiting list if I chose that option.
