This is a grey couch that folds down into a futon. It has no arms, just simple clean lines.
We purchased off this site very recently, and it is in excellent condition - no stains, rips or smells.
The futon is considered a double bed, but we found it to be a little cozy for two full adults so we have replaced it and would like to have this out of our space.
Price is firm, and you will need to pick up.
Measurements are as follows:
28in high off the floor, 33.5 deep , and 70.25in long (while in couch mode)
