Have you been looking for a descent place with a great landlord? If so, this is the place!
It is located in Lakeview in the South end, near Wascana. It is a older home with upgrades including new paint, flooring, and fridge.
The pluses include a bathtub, quite unusual for a basement suite. The bathtub has some paint coming off but it is a nice size. Another plus is that it has LOTS of storage!
Another plus is that there is no charge for using the laundry appliances, this is included in your rent.
Another plus is that is has a large den (windows) that would serve as a guest room or an office!
Another plus is that you only have to budget for one amount that is $775 because the utilities are included.
There is street parking and if you don't mind shovelling, there is also a lot of parking space off the alley.
The biggest plus of all is that I am an experienced landlord and have a lot of happy and long term tenants. I am fair and responsive.
