My condo is coming for rent September 15th located in the NW part of Regina off of Rochdale Blvd. The condo is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Many amenities are nearby for your convenience.
**if needed as early as September 1st we would be willing to work something out. September 15th date is to give the chance to clean and repair any potential damage done by current tenants.

- rent is $1200.00/month (bills are separate and up to tenant)- if a tenant moves in halfway through month then rent and bills would be half for that month
- damage deposit required in the amount of one month's rent
- short drive to Ring Road
- located on the ground floor with private entrance

- outside of condo was recently painted and had the vinyl changed (picture of front door is older and due to living out of town have not been able to get new picture yet)
Condo will be cleaned and any damage from previous tenants will be addressed prior to new tenants moving in.
Viewing condo may be difficult as current tenants do not leave until August 31st; however if you are needing to see the space please contact and we will work something out.
