Middle-aged couple looking for a single senior tenant or senior couple who needs an assisted living space but prefer not to live in a more impersonal medium/large facility. As our only assisted living tenant(s), we are able to provide services tailored to your exact needs i.e. laundry, housecleaning, a ride to the store or appointments, specific phone/tv subscriptions, favorite meal requests, etc.
This private space within our personal home is about 300 square feet with South and West facing windows. This includes the living area with closet space and a mini-fridge, bedroom, and 3 piece ensuite with 5 strategically placed grab bars. You also have your own separate entrance and jacket/shoes closet that we do not use although it borders our living area (a visual divider will be installed if you desire more privacy at the entrance. On that note, you would also be free to use our living room anytime you wish as well as have your meals in the kitchen (vs. in your own separate living area) any time.
Available now unfurnished but we can arrange partially/furnished or furnished as well. No long-term lease required. Monthly rent will be based on individual needs and requests. Sorry no smoking or pets (love animals, just not the fur;) Please note: this is assisted living intended for older adults aged approximately 55 plus; we are not looking for a university student (as per some replies).
