This is a very well-maintained house with lots of improvements. It's a newer house than most in this area (1950s).
Close to downtown, Miller & Balfour, this is a 1-bedroom suite that is 450 sqft. The main floor suite is rented separately. In addition to your suite, there is lots of room for storage in the basement if you choose to use it. Shared laundry in the basement right outside your door.
Kitchen features fridge, stove, good cupboard & counter space, large window and room for a kitchen table.
Bedroom has a window & closet. Bathroom is very nicely done with tiled walls and enclosed tiled shower.
Living room also has a window. The three windows in this suite are very large (regulation sized) and provide lots of natural light.
The windows are newer & hold the heat in well. Behind the house is room for 3 vehicles (2 for upstairs tenants, 1 for you). Double vacant lot next door currently for sale by previous owners.
Power, water & heat included. Cable/internet are not. You could try to share with the upstairs tenant. NON-SMOKING. Pets welcome with non-refundable $250 pet deposit. Kids welcome. Rental agreement with the usual terms to be signed.
